LanxiviDouble Pen Genuine Leather Pouch Case Top Washed Cowhide (Black)

This is a handsome pen holder; however, I'm just not convinced that it is leather. It looks like leather and concerning the stitching, it appears to be well made, but the smell permeating this case reminds me of cheap "pleather". I purchased the case to fit a Parker fountain pen and was not disappointed; the pen slid in smoothly and fit comfortably in it's pouch. Again, although not convinced this is a leather pouch, I will be keeping it for it is good looking and well made.

Very nice case, I bought it to hold 2 larger pens and its pockets accommodates the wider fancier pens. Leather is a bit dull looking so I shined it with one of my shoe polish sponges and let it cure for an evening. Has an amazing shine and looks great!

I bought and received a nice leather pen case, and at a relatively economical price compared to others available to purchase (about $19.00).PROS:1. Appears to be real leather and the shiny black color is attractive. The one I received is exactly like the image in the Amazon Website. Seems to be well made and durable.2. What I especially like is that the individual sheaths for the two pens are large enough to accommodate thicker pens that even have ergonomic padding at their tips. I have returned other pen cases from other manufacturers/sellers exactly because the sheaths were too small and tight to fit the thicker pens.CONS:1. It does have a slight chemical odor either from the black dye coloring or the leather treatment, but it isn't unpleasant or noticeable unless one places their nose very close to sniff it.Update: 8/13/16: I have since purchased several more of these pen holsters, but unfortunately was disappointed by the last one that I received, because the item was reduced in size to the point that it no longer fits larger, ergonomic, or quality pens. therefore, I returned the last of these items that I received and am reducing my rating of this item from 4 to 2 stars!

I bought this case to carry my Parker pen and pencil set. The case arrived and it was beautiful to look at, well made and very good quality leather. Unfortunately I could not use it because both my pen and pencil have a gold ring around the center of the writing instrument that would catch on the inner seam of the pouch every time I pulled the pen or pencil out of the case. Although I liked the pouch, it wasn't worth the struggle each time to get the pen/pencil out of the case, so I had to return it. I would recommend, however, for anyone whose writing instruments have smooth barrels.

Stiff, cheap looking leather. Too ugly to give it as a gift, as I had originally intended. Used it myself for a few weeks, but retired it because it's just to hard to put a nice pen into such an ugly case.I like the size of the case. It is slim and has no excess bulk.

THIS WAS MY FIRST PEN CASE AND IT IS AS FUNCTIONAL AS IT IS BEAUTIFUL. IT HOLDS MY 2 LARGEST FOUNTAIN PENS WITH EASE AND WILL PROTECT THEM BETTER THAN WHAT I WAS USING BEFORE. THE PENS HAVE THEIR OWN COMPARTMENT SO THEY ARE NOT TOUCHING AND BANGING INTO EACH OTHER. ALL IN ALL A WONDEFUL ITEM THAT IS PERFECT FOR WHAT I WANTED IT FOR AND DOES THAT IN AN OUTSTANDING MANNER. I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES FROM THIS TRUSTED SELLER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

I bought this for my wife to protect the very expensive pens I have given her over the years. It keeps them together and protects then from being scuffed up in the bottom of her purse. It also allows her to find a pen in less than the usual 2 minutes of digging and thrashing. Bonus! I have one of these I've used for a couple of years and I love it.
