words can not express how much I love this jerky.. it is delicious. it is expensive.. but while not a daily treat it is VERY much worth the price. you would be surprised at how much Jerky is in these little packages. they are thin but so flavor packed its easy to have a snaccident. They are Chewy and not hard I dont like dry and leathery jerky. this is chewy but still flexible and moist.

Looking at the package of jerky you could see a white film on the jerky. We opened it thinking it was going to be salty but turned out to be sugar. The slabs of jerky were stuck together like one big chunk. Had to tear it apart and it was so sweet from the sugar it didn’t taste like jerky. We bought this in the past but this was the first time like this. Will not buy this again.

*Edit* revised to 3 stars because the cuts are good, I helped the flavor by lightly brushing water on them and sprinkling salt, pepper, and adobo seasoning then setting my air fryer to its lowest setting and evaporating the water off. If this was the recipe from the beginning it would have 5 stars. **The black pepper wasn't awful, the cuts are what you'd want but the taste is not the greatest. I guess they use pineapple juice as a tenderizer and the flavor is really weird from it. Not what you'd expect for western black pepper flavor. Sweetness isn't bad but the pineapple flavor just doesn't fit, maybe if there was more salt it'd be okay. What you get is a fairly bland, not much pepper flavor cut of meat you'd expect to have some chew and instead get weird pineapple flavor on a floppy piece of meat that should be dry and flavorful. Maybe the cajun is better, but if it has pineapple juice there's always going to be some funky weirdness going on. Western doesn't really scream pineapple... They'd probably sell a lot more if it was just salt and pepper and didn't worry about how tender the 1/16" cut of meat is going to be.

Tasty, just the right amount of heat to be flavorful, yet not overwhelming.

I used to order this to me while in combat zones one sheet is its own quality meal filling great quality and im glad i can find it on Amazon !!

You have not had beef jerky until you have found a thin cut red pepper like Buffalo Bill has made. I have been only finding this stuff randomly on road trips and debating long days in the car to get one or two pieces again. Instead! I have found you online you bite worthy spicy sometimes awesomely fatty and delightful jerky! I have fallen for you in high school before class when I had nerds asking me too many questions about homework. I would turn and breathe fire breath at them and today is so wonderful that I am placing another order for more! I can't stand waiting...I just ate the last piece and I hate that I can't sit still that long wanting more. Do you distribute in Los Angeles? How can one find some locally? It's that good guys, please order it yesterday you will pissed off only because there is no more left. Arrives on time, as advertised, hell better than advertised, I am so into the cajun flavor you have worked out Buffalo Bill you So make the grade with me <3 Mhmm my mouth is a little hot and tingly just like I remember it being so good! You helped me restore awesome childhood memories via senses, I recommend this with all of my Western Galness. I grew up going on trips up and down the coast where lots of jerky is sold at Farmers Markets from happy cows in Cali. This takes the cake!!!!

I am very disappointed with this beef jerky. I have been purchasing it for years for myself and my nephew, but recently, it doesn't taste the same as it did two years ago. I dislike that they are charging $50 for a bag of beef jerky that no longer tastes good, so this will be my final purchase until the recipe returns to its previous flavor.
