Tactical airport gear backpack / international traveling
I do use my new back pack when I go to a park, but I wanted to do a different review, based on a tactical compact backpack that I could comfortably carry while on a plane trip to an international destination. So I decided to pack this bag with all of the stuff that I will want to take with me in a plane during an international flight. I am against a carryon (the bulkiness of it and the fact that one of my hands is not free while carrying or dragging the bag), and the fighting for a 1”square inch of space in the overhead bin, worst come to worst, if there is no space, I can always store it under the plane seat. The rest of the stuff will go inside of the check luggage.Listed are all the items that I was able to fit inside, and that can legally be transported inside a plane as per the latest TSA rules. (So that means, no liquids, no pocket knives, no arms, no aerosol, no lighter, etc)1) 10” C100 Asus Chrome book, with a flexible neoprene case2) 1 Smartphone 5.5” SIM free main phone3) 1 Smartphone 4.5” SIM free old spare phone /or for local prepaid SIM4) 2 Chargers one for the Chrome book, a single one for the phones5) 1 cargo short, 1 polo shirt, underwear, and socks6) Aspirins and some meds7) Tooth brush8) Documents/passport and my wallet with more than 1 credit card9) 1 international multi power adapter /travel10) 1 beanie and 1 Baseball cap11) Sony travel headphones noise cancelling12) 1 medium size bottle of water (Which you can buy after passing security, inside of the terminal)13) 2 pens14) 2 set of eyeglasses (sun and clear )15) Inflatable travel neck pillow16) 1 little pocket LED flashlight17) 1 battery operated compact electric shaver18) If it’s not winter, then a spring jacket (even if traveling to the tropics) that I can hold/ tie it to the outside of the backpack. The tactical traveling means that I assume that for some extraordinary reason, I may be landing in a different airport, and I may have to spend the night in a hotel without my luggage, or that because of a moron or just turbulence a drink has spilled over me. This has happen to me before, and it’s not a matter of bad luck, it’s just that the more that I travel, the more I am exposed to a change of plans. All of the items packed are the minimum that I need, based on proven experience. Now, what it made me love this backpack for traveling was the fact that in seconds I can move it from my back to the front of my chest without ever removing it, that was a top notch feature for me, the fact that I can move it to the front of my chest, means easy accessibility to the contents, keeping an eye on it so a pickpocket dude does not steal my stuff while walking, going inside of a taxi or a bus without having to remove the backpack, no lost / forgotten bag on a counter or vehicle.Having a cross shoulder strap means that the pack will never slide from my shoulders, and my hands are totally free, because I do not have to be holding a strap to keep it secure to my body.Note: If you have your hands free, there is less chance that someone will come to bother you in someway. The wide strap was a beauty; I had never carried a bag in such a comfortable way.Thick material, the pickpocket dude will not be able to slash it easily and without me noticing it.(Some of these comments are based on personal experience or the ones that I have heard from fellow travelers)I hope that you like the review, and that it will be helpful for your next trip. If you have questions or comments let me know.

Perfect for me!
So I purchased this bag to use as an EDC (Every Day Carry) I work as an EMT and it just isn't practical to carry a purse to work. That is just asking for it to get stolen! Not only that but there just isn't much room to stow a lot of personal belongings in the front cabin. This bag is the perfect size for what I need, granted I will say I wouldn't mind if it was a tad bit bigger. But that may be the estrogen talking. If you are wondering exactly how big this bag is, it's about as tall and wide as a sheet of printer paper. ( check out the pics i loaded as a reference) So that means you should have NO ISSUE fitting an iPad with a case inside this pack. It has:2- Zippered compartments on the front. (The bottom zippered compartment also has a small zippered pouch for smaller items.)1- Zippered pouch located on the inside of the main compartment, towards the top2- Interior pouches ( 1- on the anterior side and 1- on the posterior side of the main compartment.)1- Exterior concealed carry pouch (located on the posterior side of the bag)The pack has plenty of MOLLE on the front and sides of the pack. I personally like to use some of the side MOLLE to attach some hair clips to. (again the estrogen talking ;) But works great! The possibilities for this pack are endless! With a little creativity you can do quite a bit with this small little guy. While it does not have MOLLE on the bottom of the pack, Ill bet with a little creativity you could string some paracord through and secure say a light jacket for a day hike! Anyways, If you are looking for a SMALL tactical pack, this little guy may just be the one for you! I will be getting a second one in black for my brother to use when he goes out riding his "crotch rocket". The quality should do, it isn't perfect but for the money, I don't think you can beat this pack!Update: So I have had this pack now for a little over a year. For the most part, it has held up! Some of the molle on the shoulder sling has come off. I would use those loops to attach my keys too, so realistically, the molle in that area did not prove to be very durable. However, everything else has stood the test of my abuse. I literally just throw the thing into the truck behind the seat and yank it out when I need it. So I'd say it has done pretty well, considering. I've looked at other small packs, and just haven't been convinced to buy any other ones yet. This one works just fine for what I need. Hope it does the same for you! :-D2020 UPDATE: SOOOO ... it’s been 6 years and my trusty little pack FINALLY needs to be replaced. (*sigh*) I look back fondly though, chuckling to myself at how the majority of the time that little pack was stuffed full of snacks I pocketed from various hospitals LOL ... Anyways, 6 YEARS is a pretty long time and for the price ... I give this pack 5 stars! I added a few more pictures, showing the damage it sustained over the years. I was NOT gentle with it. I yanked that thing from behind the back of the seat probably a million times. I’m NOT saying it’s indestructible but I felt it held up pretty dang good for the $25 I spent on it.
