Great Story and Art Captures Bloodborne
Each issue gets better. The art of these comics capture Bloodborne better than I think the Dark Souls comics captured Dark Souls. Worth reading. At first, I didn't like the story as much because I thought they misinterpreted things from the game, but the more I read, the more I respected the research they put into the story from Bloodborne. They layer the plot with mystery and after issue 1, things aren't as they first seem to be.

it's even better when we see a couple of very familiar characters ...
I will have to say it's a very interesting how both the main character has a journey to complete and the way the book narrowed down the game story line to tie a knot between both, it's even better when we see a couple of very familiar characters developing when we had very little but yet important dialogues from them in the game bringing a concrete pursuit of a goal. I also found our main character to be even more appealing as you read through the story with little to tell without spoiling it, and would of like more pages, terror and suspense because thats every boss in Bloodborne "with little room to breath" if you read the wiki and played the game you can would understand where am coming from, but I would recommend buying issue 1 and 2 because they are tied together for a good read.I will be buying the next issue for sure, Way to go Bloodborne

A Great Game-Based Comic With The Players In Mind
Some people were so afraid a canon comic would make their hunter invalid, primarily based on potentially a canon gender. I can promise you this is not the case and not only that but the comic remains well written, faithful to the game, and has a really interesting way of avoiding gameplay/story segregation. Also as is true of the first issue as well you will see many of your favorite enemies, bosses, and NPCs up closer than you normally would in game and will be able to learn more about them.

Amazing!
For one the story is very interesting. I like that the hunter was different from what would we expect also the fact that the hunter has a dialogue and a voice. Awesome art work as well! ❤️

An interesting read for Bloodborne fans
With this issue, the are some questions I had when I read the previous issue that have now been answered. Familiar faces from the game are seen, and characters even quote item descriptions, and other places from the game; which is awesome. Areas are drawn with great accuracy to the game, so it's easy to tell where the characters are just by the scenery. A fantastic read for any Bloodborne fan!And yet again, more questions.. I can't wait to read the next issue!

Interesting
Would have preferred something more about the actual lore of the game. Like Logarious or Cainhurst, even the Pthumerians or the rise and fall of the healing church, and not this re-imagining.Despite this, I am very pleased to see more being done with Bloodborne. But this reads about as well as video game movies do. Poorly by comparison to the source.
