Excellent charger, keep your phone powered for free!
I have to do a lot of train journeys and constantly had a fear of my phone conking out on me as I use etickets and railcards on my phone. No more with this charger! It is a fair size, but fully charged itself holds enough to charge my Samsung from 0 to full at least 4 times over. It also cheers me that this power is free and as green as can be - the solar panels trickle charge the batteries and then you charge your phone, although you can also attach the battery to the mains if you need the job done quicker. It doesn't charge your phone nearly as fast as plugging it in, but it's a great relief to know I won't get caught out by a ticket inspector and a dead phone! You can also charge up to three items at once, so it's handy if you have a friend who has a hungry phone too.One note is that the solar panels will charge in artificial light but it has to be pretty dang strong - the ambient light on a train say, isn't enough. But if you use natural light, the weediest, greyest sunshine gets it charging at once, and bright sun of course even better.

Absolute must-have
Bought this charger before going on holiday for two weeks, and a quick standard delivery meant it came within plenty of time before leaving. The power bank itself arrived well packaged and with 50% charge - an added bonus! A power bank is something you have to have if you, like me, have a phone which cannot seem to go a whole day without needing to be charged up, and so this has had a fair bit of use already. As for taking it on holiday, it’s great when out and about for days out as you can charge your own device alongside two others all at the same time! Only negative for carrying the charger around with you is that it’s quite large, meaning it won’t fit into most pockets - but this is hardly a sacrifice when you get the kind of functionality you have with this. The LED display on the front of the charger has four different levels, much like most other power banks, to indicate the level of charge - I’ve attached a few photos so you can see what I mean. Another thing I’ve been pretty impressed with is the huge capacity this has, I can charge my phone and iPad up frequently through the week and not have to charge this until the week is over, really worth paying the extra bit of cash for this in my opinion as when away camping for a couple of nights you can be sure that you’ve got plenty of juice to last you the trip. As for the solar panel, it does appear to charge the power bank as is evident with the flashing number of charge that it’s on, however I haven’t yet seen it go a level up after leaving it in the sun for a whole day... on the subject of charge, it’s nice that you can use either a micro USB cable to charge this up (the cable that comes with the device) or, if you have one, a USB-C cable. There’s even a triple LED torch on the back of the product, which is turned on/off by double pressing the power button on the side. Not particularly bright but it’s there should you need it..!Overall I really recommend getting yourself one of these, very useful when travelling or even just on daily commutes to work, you’ll never worry again about having a dead phone!Hope this helps

An expensive high capacity battery
High capacity, but takes several days to charge while plugged in. Once charged, charges devices quickly, but does not hold charge for very long when not in use (less than 1 week). Was unable to get it to charge from sunlight, or to get built in flashlight working. As a high capacity battery, it works...but there are cheaper and better alternatives for this purpose.

I was expecting worse but I ended up quite impressed
The power bank comes with a simple micro USB cable. However, I didn't use that one as you can charge this device using an USB type c cable. It takes about 8 hours to completely charge the power bank using an standard 2A/5V charger. The power bank capacity I would say it's quite accurate (25000mah at 3.7V), (18500 at 5V) was able to charge my Oppo Reno 10x (4025mAh) for a bit more than 3 times. The charging speed is a bit slow as it doesn't support quick charge. I realized that the first port charges slower than the other two. It took 2 hours and a few minutes to fully charge my Oppo Reno 10x which for me it's quite slow knowing that which my phone charger I can charge it in basically an hour. I attached a picture of the charging speed when it's used with non slow USB port. Last thing I realize is that when I left my phone unattended for quite a lot the power bank seems to stop charging it until I switch it on again. It can be annoying sometimes. I maybe updating this review as I'm travelling with it in two weeks.

Exaggerated solar capability
I bought this primarily to use as a solar charger but my initial excitement soon turned to disappointment when it took some days of being on a sunny windowsill to go from 25 to 50% . It then used up all that power to partly charge my phone. The only way to charge this is to plug it in to mains power which leaves the supposed solar capability largely redundant. If, like me, you are buying this in an effort to reduce your carbon footprint then you will be doing quite the opposite. Another waste of money from China I’m afraid.
