The casing on this bulb is good. It’s all metal so it’s good for heat dissipation. The bulb doesn’t get that hot at all. I previously bought some Ddm tuning bulbs and they failed within a months time. These are much brighter and better built. These are also a great bargain. I am using these as reverse lights and they are a major improvement over the stock halogen bulbs. I am using these in a 2014 Toyota Avalon.

These bulbs so far are working perfectly. I had an issue with a defective part on my old car, and (as expected) the dealer was no help (wanted to charge an outrageous amount). I solved the problem with these bulbs.

Reason for three stars - Got light out errors and hyper blink on my 2018 Ram 1500. Then after driving for 30 minutes they started working correctly. It seems that these fit loose in the light plugs.

I bought these to replace the dull incandescent headlights on my Craftsman riding mower. They are much much brighter. Good product and good price.

Installed these in my Dodge Caravan for the back-up light and are thrilled. Very bright and easy to install. Would recommend to others

They are so much brighter than the old bulbs，they also are really high quality for a pretty inexpensive light. My son installed these as reverse lights in a 2014 Dodge Charger. The white color temperature of these LEDs gives my car a more modern .Haha. Hopefully they last a long time.

Didn't quite fit the socket in my Lexus but with a little rework got them installed.

These are really bright led lights, they worked fine. Not only do they make the objects behind you more illuminated they also allow other vehicles to see you sooner when your are backing out of parking spaces. If you want bright backup lights, BUY THESE!
