The TNP Accessories Aerobic Weighted Exercise Bar is ideal for individual and group exercises. These bars have been designed for people who require slightly heavier bars than what is presently on the market they are avaialble from 1kg to 10kg. The weight is evenly distributed across the whole of the bar and has a colour coded cap at the end showing the weight of the bar. Designed for core strength, cardio/step workouts, functional and strength training. They come with a high density rubberised foam padding throughout the length of the bar for comfort making it easy to grip. All weights are colour coded.

Great product! So much easier and more convenient than the normal weight bars as it's ready to use plus easy to store. I purchased the 7kg pink one which is great for a started to work on their whole body, once I'm fitter and stronger I will purchase the 10kg

Good weight for the price
I was looking for a 10kg body bar to use for work outs at home. This is good value for money as I seen similar items for twice the price. have used it a few times and it seems to be decent quality
