Relays work as expected.The 12V ones have a 400ohm coil.Pinout coil is the two outer pins at the three pin end.The common is the centre pin at the three pin end.NC and NO at the two pin end.Used one 12v relay to operate an old external alarm box that needs 12V to hold off the alarm but the panel only provides 12V when its triggered. In image red to bell+, black to 0V, yellow to NC.Don't forget a protection diode (eg. 1n4004) across the coil if using a microprocessor to operate it.
