I did a lot of comparing products online and I’m so glad I decided to go with this one. I use it for transferring a design from one piece of paper to another for an Etsy calligraphy business (usually I use tracing paper on bottom because it’s thinner, but I’ve been able to use regular paper as long as the lines are dark and I turn up the brightness.) The price is comparable, and I love all the features. It has a sliding scale of brightness with a wide range, a ruler, and the option to use either batteries or a cable plugged into an outlet (it doesn’t come with an adapter but I just used my iPhone charger). Only problem is that it needs 3 AA batteries, not AAA which is what it came with. Other than that, I highly recommend!

My grandpa is nearly blind and cam only read if the text is large and extremely lit up. He often public speaks and uses notes but struggled getting enough light for his speaker notes. I bought this for him and it works perfectly. It's lightweight, bright, and easy for him to use on podiums when speaking. It oddly does not fit an 8.5x11 paper, but this turned out to work better as he can change pages much easier with the paper overhang.

I bought this for my Granddaughter. It is light weight and easy to take along on road trips. The light board can get very bright, so it's easy for her to trace. I wish it had some kind of clips to hold the paper in place. It would be easier for young children. Over all a good buy.

This is absolutely the most wonderful functional light box I have ever had! I love that it is so portable. I do a lot of tracing and this fits the bill perfectly. It allows you to see through even the thickest of paper and is light and compact. You don't need clips to hold the paper either. The box is recessed and has a rough texture, so when you put your paper on it goes nowhere! I use it for tracing, watercolor, calligraphy and coloring!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who loves tracing. It has multiple light intensities based on what you need. I love that it operates on batteries or plugged in, and is also lightweight, which gives her the flexibility to take it into her room or wherever she wants to trace.

The edges of the plastic are raised so your paper must fit on the screen.

I bought this for my diamond paintings and I absolutely love it! It is a smaller size but I'm ok with that. I love that it can run on batteries and be wireless. Most of these that I saw had to be plugged in and the cord would aIways get in the way. I would recommend this everyone.

This light pad is great! It’s lightweight, simple to use, and the brightness helps me out with all of my diamond paintings. It’s easy to pack up if you need to and travel. It has a USB and also a battery pack so it’s more portable. I’d highly recommend!

I use this for weeding vinyl decals. Works great!!
