Weldflame Welding Blanket 6'X8' with Kevlar Stitched Edge Heavy Duty 8.4 Pounds Golden

Arrived quickly and seems to do it's job. Not like another small one I have which isn't fazed by a torch. This one will melt a hole very fast with a direct hit from the torch.

Bought this to use around my cheap cheap smoker and help hold temps even though it's Florida i would get 30 degree difference from one side of my offset to the other. This has thicker fabric then other brands here and the built I grommets were nice so i could loop some paracord through and hold it up on the bottom side. So far I've done two 5 hour cooks and one 7 hour with it sitting right on the fire box too. Its held up perfectly to the heat and helped me get very much noticeably better temps. For what i wanted it's working perfect.

Bought this to use with my new pellet grill. About half the cost of what the grill insulated cover would have cost. In cold weather the grill doesn't burn as much fuel using the blanket. Glad I bought it.

We purchased two of these to go on a heavy plastic guard fence around our wood stove to protect young granddaughter from harm. Works wonderfully.

I bought this welders blanket to cover my offset smoker during cold weather. I fold it up into quarters and drape it over my offset smoker to retain the heat during cold weather works great and won't burn. It did get some smoke markings from where the smoker leaks, but that is to be expected. . Great price and quick delivery.

They do not appear to be a blanket that will last for too much welding. They did protect the areas needed but do show a lot of wear in doing so.

For the price and the intended use, I give this a good rating. I use this to put over my Traeger grill to help it get to the higher temperatures needed for some recipes. This is very easy use for that purpose and fits over my Traeger 22 very well.

Worked well to keep heat off gas tank in. Machine.
