Little thing to keep baby cooler in car in a hot weather, really works, hope they will do a size for cot bed

First of all I’d like to mention that car seat manufacturers advice to only use accessories that come with your car seat.I personally don’t use this item in my car seat but in the pushchair for the same reasons. I found my baby getting sweaty last summer in his pram so I selected this item to make him more comfortable this summer coming.It adds a little extra padding to the seat and we like using it for sure.

Sadly, being sent this in the middle of winter makes it tricky to review - but review it I must, so I will do my best.The liner fits well in our infant car seat, and creates a layer of air between the car seat fabric and our baby. It feels soft and comfortable, and once inside, it doesn't affect the safety of the car seat.We haven't noticed any difference in how hot our baby gets, but then in the middle of winter that is hardly surprising. I can see the logic of a layer of air, if nothing else to have an easily washable layer to reduce the soiling of the car seat fabric. But I'm not sure that it is really necessary.

This item is not suitable for the advertised car seats, brought this for the Cybex Sirona car seat (as advertised had been “tested”). When attached it to the car seat it was completely the wrong fit and feel it would be unsafe to use as doesn’t even grip properly. The cover also came damaged with freys in the fabric, clearly had been sent one that had previously been returned by another customer. Discussing for a baby product and will be requesting a refund!

This is a great invention, we regularly drive to visit family and its a couple of hours each way so to know this is helping baby to regulate his temperature and not over heat is great.

This car seat protector is shaped to sit without any fastenings on the carseat, without the buckles and straps being affected. It is grey and has a dark grey border. The back is slip proof and it is slightly padded. The 3D comb structure is meant to keep the baby cool but that is a little difficult to tell to be honest. I actually ordered this as we bought a new carseat and washing an insert is much easier than trying to take off and replace any of the original covers.It fits nicely on my Group0/1 carseat. This carseat protector is machine washable at 30 degrees and dries without much difficulty. I was a little disappointed as the packing seemed loose as if it had been opened, and the material looked like it was stained or had been used before. A good idea though so I will wash and keep it.

Really soft, quality, as stated breathable fabric. The liner for the car seat is a fantastic idea not only for added comfort but also to protect the car seat from those unexpected messes that might occur? I am really impressed by this and can wholly recommend getting one. It fits the car seat perfectly and can not wait to see how it performs in the summer. The perforations should help greatly reduce sweating and I particularly like the grey colour that should reflect,not absorb heat.
