My husband swears by this product. He plays golf six days a week and needs to stay hydrated. Really does the job for him…prefers the lemon/lime flavor.

Decided to give this a try for my ketoaid after liking the berry flavor. Can’t say enough about this flavor — crisp, tangy and delicious! I’ve even mixed it with a little lime juice and lime la croix for a bit of extra zest and it’s great! Highly recommend buying this in bulk if you can.

Glad to find this little bundle. Great buy for the money. It's my favorite flavor. Tastes like lemon-lime Powerade, even has the electrolytes.

I never write reviews for any products.... but I had to here to hopefully help someone else. Taste is great and I wanted to stay hydrated, so I drank alot of it.... I had probably 6-8 large squirts of this with 3 or 4 cups of water. Within 2 hours I had fever and chills and my whole body was shaking. I could barely think straight and I almost drove myself to the hospital. A headache came on that evening and lasted for 2 days and other G.I. symptoms as well. My urine was dark yellow (even after much hydration) for 2 days also. I have had MIO for years with no issue... I just have not had this much MIO before and thats likely what made me ill for 2 days. In small doses its likely fine and tastes great, but there should be some sort of warning on the bottle, especially for kids. Something in this is toxic and should probably be tested more.

Nice taste, no more cramps. Good stuff
