the laser came in super fast, the tube came in prefect! it comes with a usb with sample images, its waaayyyy better then spending a shiz ton for a Glow forge or other brands that cant get a rotery in! it works Great!

Amazing!!! Very sturdy and well made. Solid. So far 6 months and going strong with tons of cuts. Not impressed with rotary but beyond thrilled with the rest.

The packaging was great. And they delivered the large crate right up to my garage door which was great. Everything was in the packaging as I expected. The construction of the unit is very solid.As with any laser engraver on the market, do your research about what it takes to operate. If you think that any of these is turn on an run, it is not. But the tools that came with it sure made it quick to operate. And make sure you look into other options that you may want for the unit.Once we setup everything the way we wanted on the laser, it worked on first shot. And it was easy to use. I really like the large work area with the pass troughs. Very helpful features.The reason I gave it a four star instead of 5 is that I had a leak the first time I turned on the water pump (essential to laser engraving and cutting). Thankfully it was an easy fix where I had to push in a tube on the laser tube and then added a better clamp instead of the zip tie that it came with. Otherwise awesome device.

Laser was great until power supply went after a month. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for the replacement, it's under warranty but they have a lot of excuses. Latest is 3 days after it was shipped I find out "it was dropped on the floor and broke" they will ship another. But still can't provide any tracking info. Not Happy.

Switched from a smaller diode laser doing slate coasters to this larger that can do so much more! There’s a few upgrades that will be needed. The stock fan is not quite strong enough to pull enough smoke and if you run it for longer times, you’ll need a water chiller.

This machine has performed up to expectations. I am extremely please with it.

One of the wheels was slightly damage and it was shipped in a wooden crate. But over all ... GREAT product!!

Finally after a couple of weeks, it arrived. Was delivered around one week after ordered, with no delay/problems.I ordered from Mexico and lasted two weeks until I was able to pick it up on the border.Well packed, I unloaded by myself with no help (It has a good size for managing), but better have a couple of extra hands.The USB has the drivers and some examples, but I get direct to use Lightburn. Easy setup.After first trials, when using around 60% power it started to arch the laser tube red wire (image shown)Needed to remove the black tape and put thermofit to well isolate.Just the air pump is a little bit noisy, but not so much. Water and air pump are quite.
