Ordered this for my dad, lovely chair that is perfect height for my dad to rest, easy to use and very comfortable and firm to give him that extra support.

Rubbish. Don’t touch it. Broke after 2 months. When you lay back in chair. The handle stop working to kick out the foot rest ? Mechanical problem. Contact customer service. To report it to get refund . Or how to fix it. No response. Only deaf ears. When I got a response it was after the 6 months. Out of warranty was told. Very smart move of their side. Then told me it was out of warranty. Also was ask to send a video of the chair. Don’t understand why ? But did send pictures. Terrible shame. Now have to skip the chair. Waste of money. Next time . I go electric.

These chairs are a perfect size and colour as advertised. it's nice to be able to use as a rocking chair too. The recliner is a little stiff , but hopefully this will ease with time
