I really wanted to like this case. And for the most part, I do. However. with the Pixel 4 XL, if you use the wireless charger the metal piece on the back gets VERY VERY hot. Physics tells you why (it is metal in a magnetic field). The only saving grace is that the metal part (along with the rigid plastic piece) is removable from the softer rubber case. However, that kind of defeats the purpose I got it for which was to have a kick stand and a metal piece to mount it on the car. I guess I need to chose one or the other, or go with another case as one of my cars has a built in wireless charger and I can see that metal piece getting hot enough to melt or burn something (including me).

I was disappointed that the day I got the case the magnetic receiver of which they boast failed, the phone fell from the magnetic holder leaving the metal plate attached to the magnet. Second, while it looks like a black case, it is really white with a dusting of paint over it, within days, the motion of slipping it in and out of my pocket wore the paint off all 8 corners exposing the white beneath and making look cheap and worn out. The ring kickstand immediate became loose and will not support tilting the phone.On the other hand, unlink most cases, this one does allow for RFID tap pay and surprisingly Qi wireless charging. And also allows the BIG Pixel charge cord to fit into the opening with little effort.If only the case was made of quality materials. Expecting to return it.

This case feels sturdy which is VERY good for my peace of mind with such an expensive phone. If you're looking for something sleek, this isn't that. It has a cool look to it but does add some bulk. It does not come with a screen protector so I'd recommend grabbing one of those. I love that you can rotate the kickstand but should point out that the kickstand does pop off (but seems to easily pop back in). Can't complain too much for the price though!

Horrible product! After only a week it began to get worn out. Now after only a month it looks like completely trashed. Definitely not worth the money! Don't get it!

Good for everyday use. The twisting ring holder allows you to change the position of your grip while it is held in your hand easily. Can take side drop impacts pretty well.Only a few minor gripes when it comes to this case: 1) The ring stand attachment is quite flimsy. If you apply a bit of force pulling on it, you can pop it off or even snap it off fairly easily. 2) The sides of the case come up to just protect the phone's screen if dropped face down, but with a screen protector on it, the entire screen will make impact on the floor.

Case looks good 2 days with case on the phone and the metal piece for magnetic mounting has fallen out RIP actual reason for getting phone case.

I love the case, and the magnet is perfect for my car mount.The downside is that is messes with my calls. I'm assuming the case partially blocks the proximity sensor, so the screen does not turn off while I'm on a call. Because of this, my cheek is constantly pressing buttons, opening apps, playing music, etc while I'm on a call. I have to just take the case off anytime I want to talk on the phone.

Good case and protective piece but magnet not stable will fall out causing phone to fall from Mount.
