Good little grippers for any bags of stuff you want to keep closed
I always used good strong wood ones and wanted to find some new ones but they all sounded weak and not well made. So I read the reviews and went with these even though I didn't expect much. There were 40 and I assumed I coulnd't use that many in 2 lifetimes. Oh, how we mere mortals are proven wrong. I am now buying my second bag of 40. Where id they all go? Well they're on every plastic bag in the freezer, all bags everywhere that needs to be closed well, and I have discovered how many things that is! I don't use them to hang clothes since I don't have a clothesline and just hang out over the deck those things I want to get the full sun, but they should work fine for that. They are snug, and I washed them when I first got them and they don't seem to be something that will rust ever unlike most of my products from China. Anyway compared to the old wood ones, I like them better because they do the job but are smaller and will not slide into two parts like the wood ones and the new wood ones aren't made well any more. There is also the plus that "No trees died in the making of these."

Strong, sturdy and holds up to the wind.
These are so far, the best clothes pins that I have tried so far as it pertains to securing heavier/larger items out to dry. I'm a 58 year old single guy & a retired Paramedic on a pension, so I try to do everything I can to save on energy costs - that clothes dryer in my laundry room just eats kWh. I live in NC & both a blessing and a curse, the March/April winds will dry a load of towels, blankets, even bathroom shower & floor mats nearly as fast as the dryer. The curse? Every clothespin I've ever bought locally either snaps, the spring mechanism fails or the force of the typical NW winds overpowers the strength of traditional wooden, and most certainly plastic pins. I just received these a couple of days ago and used them for several blankets, bed linens & even blue jeans with a steady wind withgusts up to 15mph as measured by my personal weather station. I was happy to see that nothing came down off the line. Not only that, unlike the aforementioned clothes pins which allows slack to form, lessening the tension and permitting large, heavy items such as bed linens to sag, that did not happen with these. I don't leave my clothespins on the line & haven't had them long enough even if I did, so I can't speak to how they may hold up to rust. I'll use my old pins for opened potato chip bags and things of that nature, but I won't be using them on the clothesline again, even on days when the winds are calm. Having been a Paramedic for 30 years, I have a tendency to use my belt & beltloops for carrying tools & other equipment; add a caribeanor to one side of the canvas bag the come in and you have easy access to your supply, not to mention much more ease of storing them when not in use. I can't say a bad thing about them, good price & they deliver what they promise.

WORTH THE MONEY!!!
I needed some more clothes pins. I bought some of these a few years back, so I went on an Amazon search for some additional ones. These metal clips are the bomb. I think that's why a lot of my others went missing!! They hold clothes on the line, even on the breezy days. Unlike the wooden ones, these leave no marks on whatever you hang out. No rusting or coming apart. Plus, they come with their own little storage bag. There's so many more uses for them, so very handy. The pins are strong.

These are great! So glad I paid a bit extra— great value if you want a product that will last longer and work better than the cheaper ones.

Better than wood clips!
I started looking for new laundry clips for our clothes line because I noticed the traditional bamboo/wood clips were pulling threads on my delicates and expensive bamboo baby clothing. They seem pretty thin so I was worried there wouldn’t be enough material to grip onto the clothes line, however, it works completely fine - even in high wind. I’ve not had any clothes fall off of the line or clips fall on the floor when clothes are not on the line so the grip of them is great and they don’t damage my clothes. The build quality is good, there are no sharp edges and I haven’t had any rusting from them yet. Value for money, I do wish more came in a pack but I do understand that it would cost more than wood. They look nice and sleek on the line, which isn’t necessary but a plus haha. These clips are also versatile, you can use them to hang up anything, I plan to hang a baby blanket on the wall of my nursery like a tapestry and these will work great for that!I’ve already bought more to accommodate with how large my clothesline is and how large of loads of laundry we do.

Strong and durable
These are a fantastic alternative to those awful wood clothes pins that just seem to come apart so easily. These are stainless steel so they will not rust, a big plus! I have some of these for the clothesline I have in my garage, and the rest are used on my grid wall in my sewing room to hang patterns (these are not packaged patterns, but ones hand drawn onto heavy interfacing so they can be re-used over and over again). I thought about using bulldog clips, but when I saw these, I knew I had a winner. I needed to hang them so they are organized and easy to access. These hold multiple patterns with ease and they hang nicely on the gridwall hooks.

Plastic clothespins break. Wooden ones become moldy and slimy. These are far longer-lasting and easy to use.
