This product does help to reduce bags under the eyes- but at a cost.The product is very drying and does not work well with liquid makeup. I'm black (Mac NC50 shade) and found it leaves a white residue under my eyes, much like a roll on deodorant could leave on your skin after use. I also found that the drying & tightening effect can actually cause around your eyes, to wrinkle when you smile or make other similar facial expressions. To combat this, I've found using as little as possible is helpful (for a mild result is better than nothing). To combat dryness, I dab (not rub, because the product rolls up into little lumps, & this is also the case with liquid makeup) a little moisturiser on top of the product under my eyes then gently dab my makeup over top top with my makeup brush.

After applying this product I felt a not normal burning sensation which went down after half an hour but in the following hours I think I had a bad allergic reaction to it and this is the result. Sent it back and now need to spend money to buy anti allergy medicine and anything else to put on my eyes in order to limit the burning and the discomfort, hoping not be forced to go to hospital if situation is not improving .Also my friend who tried had a massive burning reaction .This product is not enough safe in my opinion to be sold to public and my suggestion is not to buy if you are sensitive ( didn’t know it as I NEVER had allergic reaction in the past).Feeling in pain and very disappointed. DO NOT BUY THIS MIGHT BE DANGEROUS!

The first of these I purchased the pump dispenser failed with about 25% product stuck in it.The second The pump was blocked but I managed to free it up with a very narrow steel gadget.The third one again is blocked and blockage appears to go deep so can't actually dispense any.The product itself is very hit and miss, it can produce good results but more often forms harsh wrinkles in eye bags, this seems to be down to the issue that the product is not uniformly mixed and will come out thick or runny, or a mixture of both. I find it's more effective when it's a wetter consistency, it can leave annoying white residue unless applied absolutely perfectly, which is alot easier said than done.I'm not sure whether I'd recommend this, I only kept using it because my eyebags are bad and when it does work well, it makes me alot less self conscious.They really need to redesign the awful pump bottle tho.

Nice bottle, be careful of pump as first couple came out with the right amount. Then the next one gushed out, fortunately I had a pot I could put it in. When you first put it on the results are OK, but after 20 mins it's worn off.
