Seems to be decent *Value & Price* No Instructions or Information came with Product so I have to look at my purchase to be sure of putting it together correctly - I was worried I might break a piece putting it together. It was not difficult but I do appreciate having Warrenty, Product Info, Instructions, Company Info, where it's made, Contact Info for Questions or Comments, etc.

Came in pieces with no instructions but was easy to figure our when I looked at picture from amazon’s email. Haven’t actually used it yet but this will keep me from having to buy a new sewing machine since the thread spool broke off on older but still working sewing machine. Only concern is it’s so lightweight I may bee to weigh it down once sewing machine starts sewing. Will see

I needed an extra thread holder for when I'm ready to rewind bobbins and sew with multiple threads, and this is working great so far.

I was going to use this behind my featherweight but i think I am going to use it for my stand alone bobbin winder - for that it will work just fine with the bobbin holder. It is really too flimsy to use on machine thread. Maybe if it was wood it would work fine. As it is, it is just too lightweight.

Next time metal would be my choice but overall you get what you paid for.

Inexpensive alternative. It does a good job for what I need it to do, but very flimsy and likely to break.

I am not happy with this thread stand. Its so light it tips over, doesn't stay in place and it doesn't really work for sewing with. If I could find a way to hook the stand down so it doesn't tip over it would work better. I've tried setting heavy objects on it but it doesn't keep it in place and thread sages.

I was able to pull up the pictures here to figure out how to put it together since it didn't come with instructions. The posts fit into the base very snugly, but the tall one is pretty flimsy. If the thread snags or pulls on the guide holes much, I'm afraid it may break. Hopefully not. Also, the spool caps are pretty useless since they just sit on top of the posts loosely. If they had at least a little bit of snugness, I could see them keeping a spool from flying off during use. As it is, they are more decorative than having a real purpose.
