great buy for the
very solid folding bike ,up right riding position but nimble .great buy for the money .Up date 2017, I have had this bike for about a year and a half now and I love it . have upgraded the brakes ,seat and added a chain guard ,removed the fenders ,on my scale the bike weighs 26 lbs pretty good for a folding bike in this price range. Frame and handle bar latches are very secure with no flex. Ride is great, stiffer and mor secure ,far better than most of my other folding bikes, have owned five so far .Has some nice unique feature like radial laced front wheel and half radial rear spoke pattern a boutique feature usually found on way more expensive bikes ,also a decent component spec, acera rear derailleur ,truvative bars, nicely done looks good .Like all web ordered bikes in my experience needed a little tune up before riding, nothing major, tightening bolts and basic setup, something i have had to do with most bikes even ones from bike shops some times. Overall a bike i enjoy riding and owning

Good bike
About nine months ago, I was going to buy a different bike from Origami, but the owner of the company talked me into buying this one instead. I told him that I would be working in Ghana and using this as my daily commuter on some not so great roads. He said the Crane was a good choice for me because of the comfort of the ride. He was right. It's pretty comfortable and has about the same feel as a more adjustable beach cruiser. I have now put on a little more than a 1,000 miles on this bike and have had to do very little maintenance. I've had to adjust the brakes a few times, lube gears, and tighten some bolts, but that's really it. I've never even added more air to the tires.I've flown the bike back and forth from the US to Ghana and across the US in the Origami bike case multiple times. The first time I took the bike apart to put it in the bike case, it took me about 45 minutes, now I have it down to about 20 minutes. If I don't transport the fenders and rack, I can do it in about five minutes. After all these long haul flights, the bike is still in great shape and has never been damaged in transport. This bike has also saved me significant money. Bike transport fees are $150 per flight on Delta, $150 x 9 (the # of flights this bike will have been on this year) = $1350. This is significantly less than I invested in this bike. It has been a very good value for me, especially considering the comfort, convenience, and minimal maintenance.

OK but heavy and bad support.
OK bicycle, but very heavy, almost 34 pounds. Came in with shipping damage and the manufacturer who I contacted multiple times did not take care of it. Sorry I bought it, I was looking for something lighter with better factory support.
