This pillow insert is smaller than I expected as well as squishier. And the fact that it took emails to the seller and an extra week+ to receive it made it very disappointing. Too late to return since I need them for gifts I made, but otherwise would have returned in a heartbeat and will never buy from them again. And.... the fact that I needed this"lost" "for awhile product" before being able to return for a refund made it even more frustrating. I didn't feel the seller even cared about the situation. And the fabric is rough.

DO NOT buy this product. If it doesn’t work which mine came in as a weird size then you are up the creek. I returned it and they gave me .35 back for a product that was over $16.00. They charge you for the return label. I would have been better off to have just kept it.

Not happy with these pillows. I ordered 6 for some poufs that I was making for my grand kids and they are all different sizes. The describe a 20" pillow, but they are all 'approximate' some were 15", another was 17.5", 19", ... none were the 20" as described. I use these for crafting and really count on products to be as described...won't be going back for these any time soon.

Not 13". Only kind of round.

This is supposed to be 12 inches. This pillow seriously must have been made by a man that has been lying about size for years and has convinced himself that size doesn’t matter. Well, I assure you it does matter when you purchase a pillow to fit a 12 inch slip and this is what shows up. Buyer beware. You can’t even make do with this 8 inches.

I bought these to use as stuffers for a cushion on a wood chair, they are very thin and not plump at all. they work better as decor pillows in lieu of actual useful cushion which is what i thought i could use them for. not bad for the price - you get what you pay for, but i won't be buying again.

These are adorable and give me a nice way to use mom's crochet craftwork. She is a 95yr old stroke survivor and has little to do, but one of the first things we realized she could still do was crochet. So wonderful that she feels useful.

wasn't 20" but more like 17-18" and the stuffing wasn't much of any to provide any comfort as a pillow to sit on. was hoping to use it on a chair, but the size and filler did not allow for a good fit. i had to return it.
