I would call this size a medium. For reference, I wear a fit-tested 3M N95 small (blue) mask at the hospital. This is larger than that. It fits better than a surgical mask and has fewer air gaps overall and especially on the sides, but it does not fit as well as the 3M N95 small, which is unavailable right now. It does fog my glasses, and when I look down the lower piece hits my neck and pushes it loose at the top, though it’s still a better fit than a surgical mask even then. I’m planning to try a child size mask to see if it’s a better fit.
