I've been using this for about 3 months now and its been working great! There are just a few things to do to keep it running smoothly. Even though there were a lot of negative reviews about how it stops working within the first month I still decided to give it a try (and I'm SO glad I did). I ended up buying two and crossed my fingers. Per the negative reviews, they did stop spraying after about a month and when I went to replace the empty bottles, it still wouldn't work. However, it was really easy to get it working again just by cleaning thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and then holding down the spray button until a steady spray started coming out again (sometimes repeating this a few times). I think all of the people having issues are just not cleaning it properly and following the instructions that came with it.I'm going to purchase a third one today!

They say use the recommended oils, but it’s not like these devices have a sensor to know the difference. But anyway this was a go idea until the rubber seal disintegrated and it won’t work. I have cleaned repeatedly per instructions and still nothing. Hope someone else can make a better one. Anyone out there know of another one????

I was excited to use this as a friend recommended it. It is very quiet unlike most others and worked very well for the first two weeks. After this time, it stopped working. There is not good way to clean out the oil from this plugin so I'm sure it clogged it up. I did try to let it clear out on its own and then tested it once more. It worked for a few minutes and then that was it. The design is not great. I use grade quality oils and that did not change the effect. If it worked efficiently and could be cleaned out properly for it to be functional, then it would be a great and very quiet device, unfortunately it is not durable. Needs tweaking. Wish they would've replaced it.

I really love this product! It is easy to put together, and compact so it won't even be noticed. It uses any essential oil that doesn't have a heavy density. I used Lavender oil. I haven't needed to clean it yet but if you need to all you have to do use rubbing alcohol. My living room is 16ft. x 20 ft. and my kitchen right next to it is 16ft.×24ft. It made my whole living room and kitchen smell so wonderful. It's delivers a gentle but noticeable aroma that transforms your mood immediately. I really want to get more of these for my family and friends.

I ordered these over a year ago, they still work. I plan to order more for different rooms. I’ve read the reviews that say they don’t work and for them maybe they don’t however mine on occasion have stopped working or didn’t work as well. Usually that’s an indication that I either used an oil that’s too “thick”, the oil sat in the diffuser for a while not plugged in and is clogged or it needs cleaned. In order to clean it I drain out any excess oil on a rag (this can be a little messy) then I use a cotton swab on the metal diffuser area and this does the trick.

Only works in small spaces. Just okay.

Wish they continued to make this old one.

This is easy to use, easy to set up, and sprays out a very fine mist. I didn’t want to use something like a Glade Plug-in, but I did want our house to smell good when you walk in. We have a 50s house, and devices often sit sideways due to the older horizontal outlets. This diffuser has a very clever rotating plug so it sits upright!
