I love this. I bought three. Especially, I am so happy with the customer services. Within a week, I got a malfunctioning one replaced with a new one, and then, two weeks later, one of them didn’t work suddenly. So, I contacted the customer service, and they emailed me with detailed instructions of care. In the beginning, I was frustrated with it, but I followed the instructions, and it worked well. Now, I know I have to clean it once a week with alcohol. Then, it works fine. I love it!!!

This is very pretty but unfortunately not very functional. It’s easy to use but not to clean. It makes it sound easy but it isn’t. I’ve had dozen and this one does fill the air for a minute or two. It’s fragile and just isn’t too notch. I asked my family for something special as I’ve had many. This one was rather expensive considering it only diffusers an hour or so. It’s been a disappointment for sure. Don’t waste your money, IMO

So first thing I can say is the customer service is really wonderful I had issues with my nebulizer a few weeks in I was very disappointed since it was so expensive but they stayed in contact with me and helped me to trouble shoot what could be wrong and in the process I broke the glass top and they replaced it for free which was awesome since I broke it but they didn’t hesitate to order me a replacement after that the nebulizer still didn’t work so they had me send the base back and sent a replacement for it it works great again not sure if it was me or a manufacturer defect but they didn’t hesitate to fix the issue. I want to thank Wana again she was the best.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received today. Opened and assembled it and it looks great. Added oil and plugged it in....NOTHING. No light, no motor sound. For over $100 you'd think it would've been quality tested. VERY disappointed. Zero stars.

This is a beautiful Essential oil diffuser unfortunately mine came used as there was sticky oil all over the glass.

This is the 2nd and best waterless diffuser I've purchased. I really like this one because it's super quiet. I can use it at night and I'm not disturbed by the sound. I can also turn the light off and still have the diffuser running!

It stopped working and I followed all the directions. It was past the return date so I’m out $100. :(

I really love the look of this product! Super chic in my entry! Definitely diffuses the sent much better than any product that I've used before. Highly recommend
