I had a heart attack at 44 and now need to carry nitroglycerin with me at all times. Issue one: a nitroglycerin bottle will not fit in this container so I had to empty my pills into it, which doesn’t seem like a big issue until you get to issue two: I had this on my work keys which attach to my hip, I have now had three occasions where from the swinging action the bottom unscrews itself and my tiny nitroglycerin pills spill all over the floor.If you needed this for just keeping Tylenol on you then it would be fine, but not to store possible life saving medication.

The pill holder/keychain is super cute and girly. Yes it came w some imperfections/ gaps with no rhinestones and a few missing ones. Kind of expected it tho from other reviews. It was cheap and noones going to be looking that hard. It’s small of course. I can fit a few large pills in it which is enough for me. Closes tightly and feels well structured

I purchased this so my daughter could easily carry her medication. The rhinestone layer surrounding the lid have already come apart. The bottom half of the container is still in perfect condition.Aside from that, overall this keychain pill container is as beautiful in your hand as it is in the photos. Just wish it lasted longer!

Unfortunately, I do not have the piece still to take a picture and show the defectiveness of this product. The product itself was made well, but the keyring that it comes with is a cheap thin wiring which is NOT helpful in keeping this securely attached to you, your purse or backpack. I was returning my cart in the parking lot at my local Walmart, when for whatever reason I happened to look down at my feet and saw this product laying on the ground. Inside of it I had stored some of my medication that, in the wrong hands, could have been potentially fatal. I picked it up confused about how the heck it got on the ground when it was attached to the INSIDE of my purse. I noticed then that the keyring was missing from it. As I walked closer to my vehicle there I had found the keyring bent completely open, almost as if it had been intentionally done. I'm relieved that I found it and not a child or someone with heart conditions who may have taken the pills. I just hope that the manufacturer will do a better job selecting materials and making the keyring more secure in the future. And of course, the window for return or refund has passed.

I seldom forget to take my pressure pill…well actually it was a bit more than seldom, but not anymore. I have an alarm set to take my pill and this is perfect because I don’t have to carry the entire bottle with me. It looks small but I can fit about 15 pills in it and that’s more than enough space. I love it! It matches my keychain. I love pink and anything bling so this is perfect for me!

Worst thing ever. Its super small and can’t even hold an ibuprofen 800 . The jewels fall off so easy and it’s a piece of crap . I hate it and want my money back

This isn’t as wide as a quarter even the outside circumference. Would probably be ok for tiny pills. Will not hold 3 capsules. Will only hold 2. I love the sparkle and the look but the inside is tiny and misrepresenting in any way that it’s even anywhere near the size of a quarter is why it only earned 2 stars.

A little squeaky and one of the gems is chipped but overall a cute and useful addition to my keys. Would buy again.

Practical and attractive

Really like the look. That said, the top keeps falling off and I've lost pills because of it. It makes no sense that it falls off as I screw it tightly, but, other than looking good, I can't use it.

Beads will fall off shortly. The top is kinda hard to open, the rivets done aline that well. Best use for the standard pills and not the capsules pills💊I can only fit 4 maybe 5 capsules.
