Great knife.
I bought this a few years ago. Not sure if it’s still selling. Sharpened it a few times. Still going strong. Handle is still intact and good. I’ve let it sit submerged in water and in heat dry in dishwasher. Nothing bad to say.

Cuts through meat like butter
I had been using a set of Hampton ceramic knives for several years with no issues (in fact, I love them for day-to-day use), but found that they didn't do too well cutting meat. I decided to test out this stainless chef's knife, and it made a WORLD of difference for beef, pork, and chicken. It stands up to carving large cuts of meat for freezing, which has saved us some money at the butcher.Just be sure to wash and dry it immediately, as I noticed a bit of rust on it after we let it air dry.

Fantastic Quality for the price
Good basic knife for a homecook. Pretty sharp but could be a little better. Handle is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. Very solid construction.Compares well to the Giada (Food Network) line of knives at target, only heavier.

After very minimal use at home the blade chipped in several places along the cutting edge.Also: After I got the knife, I noticed that some previous "reviews" were written by people who admitted that they got the knife in a promotion.
