UTV Snow Plow
Had to make some modifications this season to my UTV snow plow, found another review stating they used these for the same thing. fabricated my plow to use (3) pullies to route my winch line to the plow lift. These did exactly what i was needing and look like they will hold up with no issues.

Nice pulley
Well made and works well. I am using this for my pulley set up for my snow plow. The pulley is to the right of the winch hook.

Stainless steel V-caster itself is excellent. Poor bearings
They work great. I use them on several projects. Not that impressed with the quality of bearing. I've used 12 casters, and had to change 2 of the 24 sealed bearings.

Defective design / manufacture and assembly
First, all sixteen bearings (two per pulley) were installed incorrectly, Instead of driving the bearings in by the outer race, they were driven in on the seal face! See the photo in the area of the bearing ID number. This action drove the seals into the bearing balls causing them to bind.Second, the bottom of the groove is higher than the intersection of the 90 degree lines of the sides of the pulley. In other words the pulley would not ride on the sides of a 90 angle iron but on the apex of the angle iron in groove at the base of the pulley. Said another way, the sides of the pully will not contact the sides of the angle iron because the base of the pully v is to high.I am located in Costa Rica and it is more expedient to buy and install sixteen new bearings and chuck up the pulleys in a lathe and take fifty thousands off the bottom of the eight pulleys.Other than that the pulleys would have been really nice!
