I have noticed these help with carb absorption and increase in energy.. it takes maybe a week of faithful use but I have noticed it. Usually the B complexes don’t do much for me. This one works.

Great price for such high quality

The worst product ever, it gave a horrible stomache pain. I threw it in the garbage.

It does the job when it comes to the vitamins but you can get cheaper stuff

Has a very very strong vitamin odor.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this particular brand and product. It’s an excellent B Complex formula and never disappoints. I take it first thing in the morning without food and I’m set for the day and evening. I’ve tried other B Complex formulations but this one seems to work the best for me.
