Even though I don't take this daily, I will tell you that it does cut your appetite and it cleans you out within. REALLY good at that. I do not take a whole scoop because it is pretty intense. The taste is tolerable, a bit grainy. That's to be expected, which is why I suggest juice or water. I've tried it in smoothies and it's pretty good like that.
