Sturdy, easy to use, accurate gauge.
The seller has included an extra LR44 cell. It can also be used for measuring brake pad thickness. Zero by placing it on a flat glass surface. Check all grooves in a horizontal plane across the tyre. This will give an idea of tyre wear due to inflation or alignment errors. As the usage will be infrequent it will be better to remove the cell. The unit will turn ON if the slider is moved or the on/ off button gets pressed in the packaging.

Everything is good, but up to 1 Inch you can measure, it's not good for heavy industrial or commercial vehicle tyres, ok for cars and bikes.
