Takes up less space
I broke my glass 8" pan and decided to give these silicon baking set a try. They hold up great when filled with batter and clean up really well. They are lightweight and there is never a worry about rust or breakage. I washed them on the top rack of the dishwasher and they came out clean and maintained their shape. You do need to use a baking pan to support the bottom when carrying from the oven to the counter but for all the other high points, that is not a deal breaker. The fact you can roll them and fold them for storage is a plus in my small kitchen.

I love this! I wish I had gotten one sooner!
I've never used silicone baking pans before, but there is one dish that I make, baked oatmeal, that is absolute torture to clean out of a pan. I've been using parchment paper, but it's such a struggle to get it in the corners of the pan. I decided to try a silicone pan. I read the reviews, so I knew to put it on a baking sheet to put it in the oven. It's soft-sided, so it will fold in when you pick it up.I made my super-sticky baked oatmeal, and it did not stick! No oil, no grease at all! I watched to see when the food was pulling away from the sides while it was cooling, and then I turned it out. It came right out! There was a little mess around the pan, so I rinsed it under hot water. Every crumb came right off! No scrubbing or rubbing. The description says it's dishwasher safe, but I've noticed alot of my "dishwasher safe" items are never the same again after the dishwasher, so I've only been washing this by hand. But really, you don't need to use the dishwasher. Just some hot soapy water, wash it, rinse thoroughly, dry, you're good to go!

Easy to get brownies out and easy to use.
Careful! I broiled whole onions , and pan caught fire and burned. Pay attention to temperature limit as listed. I did not. My fault!! Do not use for broiling!

non stick...light weight
traveling to aruba and timeshare unit has no stove but it does have a microwave. bought these and tried at home.. I made a box cake which made enough for 2 tier cake.. I was amazed that in 4 1/2 minutes the cake was done ( of course i had to do 2 ). the cake humped up in the middle and just cut one so it was flat .they are flexable and bend when i removed it but the cake was cooked and did not split

A little dissapointed
These are not very sturdy (And no I didn't expect it to stand as firm as a regular baking dish) I have to put them on my flat baking trays from my *air fryer toaster* because they are so floppy and can't be picked up and put in my oven after I fill them with my bread or sweetbread dough and cake mixture, without going every which way in my hands.!! I am so dissapointed

Brownie “pans”
So far, I have made 2 batches of brownies in these “pans” (I use quotes b/c it seems odd to call silicone a pan). Yesterday, I used one for an ice water bath for my hard-boiled eggs (I could reach it from my wheelchair). I’m not fond of the color for my kitchen, but they are great in every other way: durability, non-stick property, weight, versatility, size. Great “pans.”
