The flag has embroidered starts and the stripes are stitched together, as is advertised. The stitching is so-so, and the stars are not properly spaced (too much blue boarder outside the stars) but the colors are vibrant and the material is good. For the price, and for hanging on my wall, it's a good product. I would not want to fly this in a public area though.

We go through American flags in our household. Both our home and a little vacation place are in high sun, wind and shower country. I'm still looking for a truly fade resistant flag, but these flags stand up better than most we've had.

Flag looks well made, but the fabric is lighter than others. I live in central Florida (not a high wind area) and have to replace my flag every six months because of sun-induced fading - even on the fade-resistant models red never holds up well in the sun. The flag is continually flown on a lighted pole and I try to lower the flag for heavy storms. If it can go past Independence day I will give it a higher rating.Five months of flying and this flag is destroyed - I put it up on January 1st and it did not make it to Memorial Day. The fabric is torn and disintegrated at the end of the stripes. The stitching at the end of the stripes is still intact, but the material inside the stitching is badly torn, shredded, and of course faded. This flag did fly nicely in a light breeze but it is not "very durable".I lowered my rating from three stars to two stars. I thought about one star but it is American made and the flag's stars are embroidered.

This is a nylon US Flag with strips of red nylon sewed onto strips of blue nylon (rather than one piece of material "dyed" red and blue.") The stars are nicely embroidered onto the blue background of the flag, not "dyed" or "stamped" onto the flag.And this flag is quite large, I thought. I was completely aware that the dimensions were listed to be three feet by five feet, but when I unfolded the flag, I was surprised at how large it is, nearly as tall as I am.I was pleasantly surprised with the additional information that comes with this flag, so don't throw away the packaging until you know what you're throwing away. On the back side of the "Grand Old Union" package label is a sheet called: "About the American Flag."This sheet includes info about: How to Care for Your Flag; How to Fold Your Flag; How to Obtain a Burial Flag for a Veteran; How to Obtain a Flag that Has Been Flown Over the Capital Building; Flag Etiquette; and a List of the United States "Flag Holidays."This flag will no doubt serve me well for years to come.

It is difficult to write a review about this flag only because it is going to be so laudatory it may be doubted. Flags have flown from my balcony for the past six years and have been replaced several times. This flag, however, was the cheapest and has proven to be the most beautiful of any I have owned. The embroidered stars can be appreciated at a little distance, and the colors are sharp, deep and almost iridescent. This flag was originally purchased because it was not expensive and because some of the proceeds go to veterans and because I am tired of spending thirty plus dollars for flags that survive two years at best. Not only is this the prettiest flag but the only one, as I recall, that came with care and folding instructions. If this flag lasts only one season, it will be replaced with the same kind; however, I think it will be enjoyed for a long time. Unbelievable at this price!!!!!!!!!

Half the price of other flag brand I usually get. Noticed some red bleeding into white, not cool. Overall decent.

The quality of the flag was as expected for the price. I am satisfied with it and would order another.

I have owned this flag for approximately one month. I have nothing but praise.After going through cloth flags I worried that I would not like the nylon. It is everything themanufacturer says it is. The construction is sturdy. The stars are embroidered. The colors are brilliant.It took a couple weeks for the creases to blow out, but in flies perfectly on my less than perfect flagpole.(Now I have to replace the flagpole.)I have a VERY expensive white LED light on it at night. It looks very professional. I get a lot of compliments on it.We will see what time brings, but so far, so perfect!And I am glad that some of the money goes to those Veterans in need.This is a win-win-win purchase. I am glad I made this purchase.
