I was on antibiotics when I first received my order so did not start taking them right away.I have now been taking them for a little over 10 days and am finding that I have a lot more energy. It seems as if my skin is smoother also. I have probably not taken them long enough to receive maximum benefit so I will continue to take them and will certainly look forward to more changes.I have now been taking GSH-3 for over a month and am finding that my overall health seems to be better. I am firming up a little although I do not need to lose weight I still like to keep fit. I will continue to take them. I have now changed my rating to 5 stars. I had an interesting and unexpected experience with this product. About 3 years ago I had a root canal done on a front tooth and eventually developed some grey discoloration around the gumline on this tooth and the one next to it. Needless to say I was discouraged to see this and the dentist had no answer. I recently took this product for something totally unrelated and about halfway through the bottle I noticed what looked like the discoloration getting better. I immediately took a mirror and went into bright light and sure enough it definitely looked better. I was elated and by the time I finished the bottle, all discoloration was gone. Don't know why or how it happened but I am extremely pleased and will probably try another bottle at a later date.

I have been taking GSH-3 for approximately three weeks. I was hoping it would cure my arthritis. That has not happened yet. I have noticed two very positive changes, however: 1. I am not getting up during the night to urinate and 2. my recovery time after physical activities, like mowing the lawn, has been shortened. I will not be reordering at this time as I have another product, explicitly designed to relieve arthritis. If that product does not meet my test, I will be back.Frank

Been ordering this product for a while. My night vision has improved to a point where I'm no longer afraid of driving in pitch darkness. Great! BUT..my last order when opened smelled like poop. The bottle, the capsules, terrible. I hesitate to order this again, and maybe miss out on the positive effects. Afraid of getting another poopy bottle.

My title is how the pills smell. I've only been taking them for a week and I want to throw up every time I take one. Also I drink and drink lots of water but it feels like it is stuck right past my throat. It scares me that it's dissolving in my esophagus and I'll have that rotten smell coming out of my mouth and not know it. As far as feeling better I can't say yet, I think it takes time to tell but daily emails from Amazon hounding me for a review has brought me to say what I can in honesty. They make me feel a little sick to my stomach afterwards, just don't know if I can keep taking them long enough to see if I start feeling better.

I can feel a difference. I am not as sore after I do anything excessively physical as I have been before using this product. And I can't swear by this but I believe I am beginning to see changes in acne-like prone areas of my skin. I also feel like I have more energy. At the time of this reviewing I have been using the product about 3 months.

I received the product in good condition and in a timely manner, and I'm happy with that. I've only been using it for 2 or 3 days, so not sure what I can attribute to it, but can certainly attest to no negative effects from taking it.I have been experiencing coughing, but it seems to be CLEARING my lungs, rather than an ongoing allergy or flu-type coughing, which I have been plagued with lately. I will pay close attention to energy/alertness levels as I progress with this program. This supplement fills out a regimen I was trying to concoct for myself. I truly believe it will bring about a noticeable difference!

I was requested to write a review on GSH-3 right after I received the product. That is impossible. After I had taken the product for over 3 weeks, I began to recognize some very good results. People were commenting that I didn't have any wrinkles and my skin was like silk. My vision seemed improved as well. Although I had been taking the CurcuActive, my memory for words was improved with the GSH-3. I noticed that one reviewer mentioned that they experienced the urge to urinate less often. I also noticed that as well. I am very happy with this product and wish to continue purchasing this through Amazon each month.
