You get what you paid for.
This product is definitely not waterproof, it does not protect from UV or dust. Firstly because the way it is fitted around the bike. The opening of the cover is facing upwards with the saddle stem and steering bar sticking out. So any rain or water would fall straight into the cover. Secondly the material is so thin and cheap that you can look straight through is. The way that it is produced is bad as well. The elastic band has not been sawn on properly.I suppose this product will do if you just want to cover your bike inside or during transport but sadly it is not very protective.
