BayouTech OTG G3 Portable Solar Power Bank Charger and Battery Pack

Sure would like to know where to get extension power packs.

My wife and I purchased this product a couple of months ago from another retailer and it never really worked. We tried to charge it one time, and it never turned on again. We have tried to contact Gatorwire several times to request an RMA so we can return the one we have for one that works, but we never received any response from them. Not even a confirmation that they got the email. I am very disappointed with this product and even more upset with their horrible customer service. I have been in contact with the retailer I bought this from, and they haven't received a response from Gatorwire either. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and their product basically did not work out of the box. They have a one year warranty, but if you cannot contact their support for any help it is completely worthless. The only reason it got one star is because I have to give it at least one.

Bought the G4 Power Bank and couldn't be happier. Now I can be confident when i leave home and know that my cell will never run out of charge on me. Best purchase i've made in a long time. I highly recommend this for anyone who is constantly on the go!!

Best accessory that I have ever bought for my phone yet! When out enjoy my day, no longer am I lokking for a plug to charge my phone. When the battery is dying i just plug in my BayouFuel 5000 and while it charges my phone i can can continue my enjoyable day out.

This is a really cool solar charger to have on hand if you're an outdoor sportsman. The solar panel charging combined with the actual battery capacity used to charge smartphones and tablets great.

I use the Solar pad when I travel and it works really great. It's quick to charge my iPhone and the kids hand held games. Heaven forbids if we couldn't charge games. I'm calling this my new survival pack.

Best purchase!! Ever! So easy to use and travel with. Especially if you travel often like I do. Lightweight. SOLAR POWER!!! How has this not been invented yet? Buy one and be so happy you did. I am.
