I used it on a baby grand, so yes, I would think you could.

Be aware, pins on pianos are square in cross-section but tapered so that they are narrower at the tip than at the base. Do not attempt to turn piano pins with a crescent wrench or any other wrench designed for untapered pins, nuts or bolts as this may cause damage. This job requires a quality piano tuning lever.
