Stuff really kicks you up a notch. Muscle mass was noticeable after about 2 or 3 weeks. Arms really filled in. The extra water weight was minimal and during my work outs I noticed I could easily add way more reps to my sets. Flavorless, dissolves easy and fast and mixes well with peotien powders, milk, water, etc. After half the container I'm sold and sticking with it.

I have used 2 tubs of this product and it works really well. I take mines within 10-15 minutes after my workout for recovery. That has helped me recover for my next day workout. I only use it the day that I lift which range from 3 to 5 days. The only thing that annoys me lol is that it does not dissolve and I have to keep adding water to finish the scoop. Other than that solid product!
