This is not a good coffee maker, better go for preeti brand coffee maker. Believe me i have used it before and it makes better coffee decoction than this. Its actually the time the boiling/ steam water in the coffee powder that makes or breaks the coffee taste.This machine does it very badly here, steam water passes through coffee powder so fast that the coffee that comes out is very thin or light no matter how much coffee powder you add, so it wont make good filter coffee (coffee with milk)Adding to this the package i received was damaged, and it had only basic package / box of the product no extra packing, even though it contains glass in it.

The coffee does not remain at a consistent temperature. It tends to cool down.

Hi,I just noticed today that my regalia cerafe has developed a crack. Can anyone here tell me if I can buy a new one? If I can, from where? I’ve been using the Regalia for over 2 years and it’s greater for my morning coffee. If only I could get a new cerafe, it would preserve my morning coffee ritual.

It can make 7cups in one go. Every one in family liked the taste of coffee made by this.Accessories provided are porta filter, carafe, measuring spoon and steamer. It is light weight and easy to handle and operate. Best thing is warming plate which keeps ur coffee warm for long time. It worked well for me and my family. M just loving coffee made by this maker.

The carafe jar broke just after one use and Wonderchef did not replace it saying it is not covered in warranty. I had to pay Rs. 850 to get the new jar. I regret buying this coffee maker and Wonderchef service is pathetic.
