The quality of the bag is great. Ness products are always made very well. I previously used the Ness Mamie bag, but I am trying to down size, hence the reason for buying the Eli. I got this bag for a steal, $85 free shipping! It is a very attractive bag and the pockets are placed well. However, its kind of awkward to carry. The straps are adjustable, but they are still too short, even on the longest setting, to carry on your shoulder. I was initially excited about the backpack feature, but it hangs awkwardly on the back as well. It does work for carrying as a crossbody and the strap is perfect, but it looks kind of like a back pack on your hip. I really wanted to love this bag, but I just can't say I do. It's simply okay. Not sure if I will return it or not, because of hoe good the quality is and the great deal I got on it. If you do purchase, just make sure you purchase with the option to return, just in case!

LOVE my Ness Eli bag!!! I've always admired the one my friend had and I finally broke down and bought one! So glad I did! It is a must have for mommas! I mainly wear mine with the strap across my body! Helps with being able to keep my hands free for my 3 little ones! Love all of the pockets too! I would definitely recommend to any momma or momma to be!
