As far as form and function are concerned, this is a nice little condiment server. HOWEVER, we just bought this last week for my son's graduation party, and in the process of cleaning one of the internal "cups", it got knocked off the counter. When it hit the floor, it promptly cracked from one end to the other, rendering it completely useless for anything with liquid in it. See the attached photo.Otherwise, it's a nice size and looked quite lovely on the buffet, and it did a very good job of keeping everything cool. It's a little unwieldy to wash the larger container, admittedly, but that just comes with the nature of the utensil.Is there any way to get a replacement container for the one that cracked?

It is the right size, right number & size of compartments, and holds the ice underneath easily. We used it for a BBQ and it held the pickles, lettuce (you have to shred it a little), tomato slices, and onions. The top covers the condiments until people needed it, while keeping the pesky flies out. Best of all, with the tongs, it kept the table clean, too. Honestly, the presentation was what we were hoping for: clean, clear, and professional without being stuffy.

I love it. It’s bigger than I thought and the ice compartment is a huge plus!

Each Cup holds a perfect amount of Condiments. I filled it before my Party and placed it in my Fridge. When I placed it on my Buffet Counter, I put a bit of Ice in the bottom. It kept all ingredients Fresh and Cold and it looked BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait to use it again.
