My wife works at home and is on the phone all day. She recently had neck and back problems related to holding her phone with her head tilted sideways clampping the phone to her sholder. After $400.00 in chiropractic bills she learned her lesson and actually started using this headset. Now she wouldn't go without it if ya gave $400 bucks for it. (Well, maybe). She says it's comfortable and feels like it helps her overall efficiency throughout the day. Range is a little less than we had hoped which is about 25'. She losses reception from far back bedroom to the kitchen near the front of the house. But when nessecary she uses the other handset. She loves it, Just sayin

Good, but background noise comes through loud and clear.
This works quite well, I like it as far as hearing and being heard clearly. My problem is that it is not noise canceling. I wanted it to be noise canceling but anything going on in my environment can be heard very clearly because the microphone is not noise canceling at all. I can make this work, but if you wanted it specifically for that it won't work.

Excellent headset
People say I sound very good and clear on the other end of the phone. Pairs easily with my Galaxy Note 4. I work in a call center and use this for 8 hours a day with no problem. Got this to pair with my Windows 7 work PC by installing the bluetooth mobile services pack. I will definitely buy another one of these to keep at home.

Didn't Work.
After successfully pairing this item with my phone and checking the volume, I tried to make several calls. I couldn't hear them and no one could hear me on the other end. Very disappointing. Returning now.

I love this. Easy to use. Nice cushion on earphone. No problems hearing calls.Can listen to music. And switch to call.
