it has a very mild ginseng flavor, seems not potent, don't recommend it
i added 4 slices into hot water, it had a very subtle ginseng aroma and flavor, it's not effective for me. i much prefer chinese gingeng which is 10x stronger.

Wonder if real ginseng root
Looks quite nice in appearance but taste nothing like American ginseng roots, it has a bad taste
