Nice to have if you bake a lot

Well-built, large numbers are easy to read through those darkened oven doors. Found out why I had baking issues, the temp setting achieved on the oven is incorrect. This little gem allowed me to outthink the dumb oven and cook accurately. Who would have thought this little thing was more accurate than a $500 oven.

Works great warning it gets hot
I was having problems with the oven so instead of touching the rack to see if it was hot I hung this in there and I can turn the light on and it tells me exactly how hot it is. So trips from the ER has lessened greatly since I installed this. It works great it doesn't melt. Just don't touch it because it does get hot also. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. The oven's about 5° off is all so it's a good one

It works and gives you a temperature for your oven. I hangs from the rack, so can get in the way.

Accurate
Bought this because my oven seems to burn my cookies that I bake per recipe. Sure enough, my oven is 5-6 degrees hotter than what the digital reads. This thermometer did the trick.
