There was small problem with delivery company. Communication with the seller was excellent. They sort the problem fast. If it's about the bike - I really like it; good quality, except the mud guards -but they were kind of bonus really. I will replace them asap for something more solid. So far I only managed to do some short trips due the weather conditions, but the bike works perfectly. I will be able to make long distance trips now.Edit after 30km on the bike:I'm using it mostly on bike paths and roads and so far I managed to get on every hill I tried to get onto. I live in area where its always up or down the hill - well it's Scotland :D - It looks like the battery will last for at least 40-50km so it's quite good. Battery hidden in frame is very well protected, and spare one is £170 online - which makes the life even easier.Edit after another hard trip - I managed to get onto quite big hill the other day. Made some upgrades with rear lights and mud guards as well.

Bike arrived with a puncture in the rear tyre. The battery life is no where near what they claim, it does around 20km max. After sales assistance is non existent. They where simply not interested in helping me. The bike kept giving me an error code when going up a steep hill and then cutting off the motor. They told me to get it repaired myself.

Love the bike , only the delivery was bad . When I opened the box the horn / light switch was snapped off and I’m struggling to get the replacement part . Could do with better feedback from the seller . Assembly was easy enough. The throttle is great as well . Wish I could unlock it to go faster . Great value for money and I’ve had lots of good comments from friends.

We bought 2 of these bikes they were delivered in 3 days.Easy to construct but mudguards can be a bit fiddleyJust done a quick 10 mile test run mainly on the flat with a couple of hills stayed mainly on assist level 1 or 0 on the flat and it breezed along easily level 5 on the hill made it so easy so we are well pleased so far but will see how it goes with a few mores miles on it . Hardly used any battery either so that was a bonusDone a few more miles now noticed a slight knocking noise from derailleur area on both bikes so checked adjustment which was ok so i oiled the chains on both bikes one has gone quiet so i suspect it may be just a sticky link causing the noise so lets see if the other one beds inHad a slight problem with the battery release but the customer service is fantastic they always promptly reply Eric who replies is very helpful and we sorted it out between usHappy days 🙂Now done 200 miles with no other issues except slight clicking is still there when riding but still happy with it 🙂

This is a really good value for money bike. The brakes came with the front on the left and rear on the right so was not good for the Uk. I ended up upgrading the brakes to hydraulic disk brakes and they are much better so I sorted that. It’s quite a powerful bike so I’m my view needs better brakes but then again it would not be so cheap. Looks great as well with integrated battery. Great tyres, comfortable saddle and good gear changes.

We ordered 2 mountain bikes and only one arrived, 2 days after placing the order. This was 4 days before the expected arrival date but rather than wait I sent a message to Eskute just letting them know. Long story short, it was missing and after excellent communication from them and discovering they were no longer in stock, we agreed I could have the city bike instead. We tried many different work arounds to get me this bike ready for a trip I had ordered them for, unfortunately we couldn't make it work but my new city bike will be delivered tomorrow.We already knew the mountain bike is amazing because a relative has one, hence why we copied. All the other positive reviews you read are true. It is quite a large frame and at 5ft 5in, I can manage it but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone much shorter than me. The city bike has a scoop so hopefully this will make it easier to get on and off.

Purchased this bike in July 2021, so far its been excellent, done over 200 miles so far. Battery takes between 4 and 5 hours to charge, will do at least 45 miles on a charge. 5 levels of assist, level 3 is more than good enough to propel you to 25kph in no time. There is a throttle if you need it, also bright front light and horn. For under 1K this bike is a bargain, also doesn't take long to set up out the box, would highly recommend.

Wow great fun, got me back into riding again after long illness. Easy to set up and use and smart looking to boot. Battery tucked away into frame with a key lock adds security and handlebar control easy to read while riding for those with poorer eyesight. Already been out and about on it and I love the assistance you get from the motor making riding up hill or distances soooooo much easier. Put the throttle on mine as an extra option for cruising for a bit to rest my legs. Probably won’t use that much once I am back up to strength as the power assist does all the heavy work anyway. NO BRAINER at this price buy it. Quality feel to bike and a stable ride. Excellent :-)
