Easy to install and use.

Just installed this today on my California kingsnake's enclosure and she immediately began basking in the uvb. We will see how long it lasts but 5 stars so far from Lydia. It is more complicated than I thought to use but there's a lot of different possible settings. Wish they made longer ones for longer enclosures.

The media could not be loaded. At the moment we have four of these. I stay at the moment because these lights have been fantastic for not only our plant growth, but we have not had any calcium absorption problems with our reptiles and amphibians, it’s super energy efficient, which is great, and the lighting is customizable. I think we’ll be ordering a few more for new tanks to expand our reptile area.

I like the colors, but really am only using Day & Night for my daughter's pet snake Karma. All the variety in this is just about pointless, but the Day & Night settings are good. Karma comes out more often when the Moon / Night light is set.The remote has to be close and pointed at the left side in order to activate. There is NO TIMER. Would be nice for something this pricey to be able to have a set schedule / timer.

It's small and powerful. Helps keep plants alive and lights up really well. Great selections of lighting and the thunder mode is cool to mimic some environments for reptiles

I love the actual light but don't like you can't have it on an automatic timer. Bought a new light and happy with the other one with timer

I like this but it can’t be used on a timer (will shut off but not turn on) also the remote control battery I had to change already and is not as responsive as it should be. The setting for cloud cover and moon don’t work as I understand those to be but I use them. The sunrise and sunset work as long as you go from off to on. The moon settings are a bit bright, looking at the images for moon settings one is super bright. That being said I use it daily and it’s better than other things I tried. Once the remotes figured out it would be much better. If I could understand the settings on the remote because instructions are unclear I would be happier.

I use these lights with my snake enclosures. I like that I can adjust the day and night light brightness from cloudy to full sun and half to full moon at night. It even has a storm setting with lightening. I have Pothos in my enclosures and they are thriving with this light unit. Many options for light color, too. Adjustable arms to fit many sizes and a remote control to select what setting you want. Very easy to install and use. Doesn’t get hot like lamps and built way better than any light unit I have used . Lightweight which means it won’t sag a screen if you have that for a topper. I highly recommend this for any reptile enclosure.
