This is actually the second pair of these ear buds I have purchased. The first met an untimely demise at the jaws of my loveable but overly curious dog. (Always keep them in the case!)I really like these earbuds. They don't fall out even when I run... which I is why I bought them in the first place... and they sound really good. I'm no audiophile but the bass to me is great and overall the sound is really up there.I'd give them 5 stars if they didn't stick out so far and make you look a little bit like a Frankenstein's monster... but if you can get over that they are SO worth the money. A really solid buy!

These suck. They do not pair easily at all via Bluetooth to my iPhone 7 Plus, and when they are finally paired, they don't stay paired. They also stutter quite a bit - sometimes one will be audible and the other will not, or they'll both stop and start playing over and over again. Disappointed. These were not cheap. They also start to feel uncomfortable after just and hour or so - my ear starts to feel sore around where they "plug-into" my ear. Have to take them out to give my ears a break from gripping onto them. Also, the sound quality is poor. Everything sounds very tinny. Finally, there is a lag in reaction to every time I press the buttons to either pause or start music, or turn the volume up or down. Everything takes too long to work.

I loved these for as long as I had em, they worked great. They did start to turn off after 15 min then had to reconnect after a year or having them. Then about six months later, year and a half into them, they stopped working for the 8 hrs and cut off at 30%battery life. Now they cut off in and it's too annoying to keep using. But they had a good run for sure. Didn't hear the nonsense at work when I used them!

Um!!!! Best thing I have ever bought. Pairing was sort of difficult but don't give up. Once it's paired you will never have to do it again. Look up a video on YouTube for help. They are truly noise canceling. I can't hear anything outside of the music. Volume goes up loudly. And range was pretty good away from my phone. Noticed at the gym when it was wide open that is stayed connected really well. At my house going downstairs or in another room I had some drops. No. No big deal though. Worth every penny

Excellent Product, Provides Wonderful Support..!!

Too many syncing issues. The audio cuts in and out if you cover the phone or earbud. The audio will play in one ear bud before the other. If you don't properly insert the ear buds into the stand/charger it doesn't charge. Falls out if you don't stuff it into your ear. Too many little issues. Save your time and money, go get a "wired" wireless bluetooth.
