I am a real life customer who just purchased this topper.Back in March I bought a mattress that ended up being too firm and hurt my shoulders and my hips. I was dithering about buying a topper because they are typically $100+, and I just didn't have that iny budget for a piece of foam. I even went and slept on my old plush mattress for a month to alleviate my back pain from my new mattress. Last week I got fed up sleeping in my guest room, so I did an Amazon search and came across this page with 5 star reviews, and I was skeptical to say the least, but the price really interested me so I went for it. Literally it is amazing, I thought I'd need the 3 inch (out of my budget), but no, the 2 inch is sufficient. I bet the 3 inch feels even better if that's what you want. I am so glad I chose to give this company a chance. This is a great product and it is wallet friendly. It was easy to tuck under my mattress encasement, too. I like to use encasements because it's extra protection and helps keep the mattress, and now topper, in tip top shape. The topper fit the entire length and width of my king size mattress as well, and even had a little extra so it definitely fit my bed.I highly recommend this topper, and I'm thankful to this company for selling it at a reasonable and affordable price.

My husband ordered this after I was telling him about waking up stuff and with back pain every day, sometimes so bad it took several minutes before I could stand up straight. (We have a Tempurpedic Firm mattress that’s fairly new, but this is a long term issue). I wasn’t super excited to spend money on a mattress topper, but based on this price point and the reviews, we decided to give it a try.I removed the foam pad from the box and rolled it out on to the mattress. Once I had it positioned, I cut and removed the plastic to allow the foam to expand. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not have that horrible foam smell. I allowed it to “fluff” for a couple of hours and then put the sheets back on. I slept on it the first night and have been absolutely floored at how much better I sleep. I don’t move all over the bed anymore, I don’t wake up with back pain. It is so unbelievably comfortable. Hands down one of my best purchases on Amazon. If you are looking for something soft but still allows your mattress firmness to be supportive, this is an excellent option.

I love my pad! I don’t have any pains when I wake up! My lower back use to kill me when I lay on my back on the old mattress which is still in good condition but the comfort kind of fell off, this pad helps a whole lot, I didn’t want to buy a whole new expensive mattress right now, I just stick to this for now !

The topper was purchased to relieve ulnar nerve pain, which was exacerbated from sleeping on a extra firm Gel Memory Foam Mattress. I have no complaints on that score.Here's a few things that may help.*Unless you like sleeping in a hammock full of jello consider the 2" topper.*A Waterproof Mattress Protector is a must. Not only does it protect the foam, it also keeps the foam from wrapping around you and trapping heat. A good topper is suppose to give - not wrap.*The topper, as would any topper, does trap some heat. In my case purchasing a crochet blanket to go between the mattress cover and fitted sheet solved the problem by adding airflow. I don't think it's from a return. Once opened, a return is not really practical with this type of product.Also, enclosed information on returns said to donate it, send them the donation receipt for refunds. lol - No charity I know of takes donated mattresses.

We got this mattress topper because our relatively new mattress is hard as a rock. We didn't want to replace the it since it was less than 2 years old, but we were waking up multiple times a night and having a real tough time finding a comfortable position to sleep. We were also getting up in the morning with aches and pains and having a tough time sleeping in.We've been using the Nelaukoko mattress topper for a week or so, and the change has been striking. We're not getting up multiple times, and we're not waking up in the morning with aches and pains. We're even sleeping in for the first time in months. Now it's only been a week or so, but so far this has really really worked for us. Also, it had little or no smell from the manufacturing process. We rolled it out and let it air out for a day and it was fine.This has been one of the best Amazon purchases we've made in a while. Very satisfied.

Bought a well-known mattress recently and I didn't sleep well on it. Bought this mattress topper and it made quite a difference in the quality of my sleep. Glad I bought it.

I was hoping this one would have been softer...but it was only a tad softer than the previous one that was returned, so hence the 3-stars. I went by the reviews, that it was soft & like sleeping on a marshmallow, a great night's sleep, etc. This was purchased for my grandson & he said to me, "grandma I am sorry but it is really sort of hard & uncomfortable". So I boxed it up & back it went. I am not saying it's a bad product but for us it didn't work.

We bought two different mattress pads and this one is far superior to the other. We dumped the other and ordered another one of these. Highly recommend.
