Q: How flexible & soft are the soles? & is there cardbord in them?

Hello. The soles are pretty flexible, would definitely recommend them. My daughter loves them for when she get out of the shower/bath.

Q: Are these machine washable?

I washed them on a 30 minute cold wash with spin speed at 800, and they came out fine. :-) I've only washed them once, so not sure if they're suitable for frequent machine washing.

I have washed them at the gentle cycle, in a bag, but the sole came up badly damaged. They are still wearable but might not suffer another washing though!

Q: I am a 5.5, can you advise what size should I order?

If you are size five and half I would order size 6
