Its been two full days of both nourish and Poo over 40 dollars wasted(excuse the pun) This was taken as directed. I really needed this to work but absolutely no response or reaction in my bowels or any relief in any way. Im gonna hang in there but I would not recommend this product. When I drank 2 dollars worth of warm prune juice it did more than both products combined. I will give it more time but so far Very disappointed in this product. I will update in a week on the Nourish review if there are any changes. I really want this product to work well .Talk to you if it works or in a week.

Amazing most stuff will not work for me and im constantly constipated but this worked amazing and for the first time for as long as i can remember i can poo without sitting on the toilet for hrs

If u eat any fruits, veggies or fibrous stuff, the dosage is low compared to rest

Occasionally I have some issues and always like to have a product on hand for it. When I tried this one, I bloated up like crazy and absolutely nothing happened. Can't say I'm a big fan.

Worked like normal laxative. Nothing special. Might as well buy store, over the counter laxative. Also wouldn't have to take 8 pills every night.

I used it for few days now but it really works. I tried everything you can imagine even prescription medications to get over my constipation but nothing worked. I hope the effect of this product lasts.

This is the best laxative I have ever tried. I have IBS with constipation and I am on pain medication. This does the job without cramping. I highly recommend it.
