It's a very fine powder so be prepared, it's easy to make as a tea using your regular coffee maker and paper filters,, tastes great, if you're using this product for beneficial reasons, just know that I have found it to be very beneficial !

I was getting a headache on one side of my head when I used this product and realized it was probably removing or interacting with impurities in my body. I stopped using it, the headache stopped, but I would use it again as soon as I stop one of my bad habits which I think is causing the problem when I use this product. I gave it to my daughter and she loves it!

This product is so FALSE!!! Smells funny too!This product has harmful chemicals! It even states it right underneath the supplement facts, they just don’t show it to us when we view it.. It says (warning! Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead). Etc Etc.. There’s more but just when I saw that, I was like “No wayyy” Pure wicked and evil! People be very careful and mindful.

Took this a few times, never completed the bottle, I can't say it was effective or not
