It's fast, I just got it so far works well for me. Saw where people received laptops that did not have a touch screen. You have to specifically select the touch screen. The way it's advertised makes ordering the touch screen difficult. I discovered this by accident I did not want a touch screen so did not select it. I agree need to make it easier to see what you are ordering

my computer works fine. but my order was left on front porch. i have requested several times that orders be left on back porch. where they cannot be seen from road. please leave orders on back porch thanks.

The display is great, very clear and large enough. Very fast, it turns on very quickly. Now for the downside. The mouse pad is too sensitive and the keyboard is too far away from the edge and I find myself hitting the mouse pad by mistake creating errors during my typing. Other than that, very satisified.

I purchased this laptop at the end of 2022 and when I first started using it it felt like it was barely able to handle having two or three programs open at once. Ever since Zoom changed their Workspace software this laptop is incapable of running Zoom and PowerPoint at the same time. Meetings freeze and video/audio and presentations lag and skip which renders this laptop unusable for work so I just purchased a new laptop with a Ryzen 5 processor for less than the cost of what I spent at the end of 2022 for this laptop. The specs to me are deceptive when advertising "Up to 2.8GHz" which is the "burst" processor speed whereas the "base" speed is 1.1GHz. 1.1GHz is what it runs at normally. It doesn't run at "burst" speed for an hour long Zoom meeting. You can find much better laptops so keep searching.

I fought this hard and am still completely frustrated that this item has half of the features that were listed when it arrived. THIS IS NOT A TOUCHSCREEN NOR DOES IT HAVE A BACK LIT KEYBOARD! The company blames it on Amazon and the company literally gave me 40 dollars for my troubles. Seriously doesn’t cover the product arriving without the specified features! But ofcourse had already loaded info in computer and decided to just move on. But after having it for more than 3 months now I am seriously disappointed that it does not have the touchscreen or backlit keyboard. Don’t get if you want these features.

Dont use micro soft hardware.use crome with this and it is great
